God's Hand

All last month and this month in prayer the Lord literally kept showing me the hand of God.
It’s time for us as women to begin seeing the hand of God in and on our lives in every situation.

God sustains His Servants.
He Keeps His Hands upon You
He Covers you and Keeps you safe and in the Palms of His Hand
He Pulls you out and Pulls you through.
He Pulls you up

He Carries you and He Lifts You up
He’s Strong, He’s Mighty, He Guides You
He’s Able, He’s Able, and He’s more than Able with His Hand
He Sits High, but He Reaches Low
He pulls me out of my pit of darkness, mud, and dirt because He’s my God.

Psalm 40:2 reads He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He’s God
He keeps showing me His Hand again and again.
He’s not a card player, because He doesn’t play any games, He doesn’t care who sees His hand.

The righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, I am your God. I will strengthen you, and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

He is God.

I give you the right hand to fellowship. Sisters lets grab hold to the hand of God.
The hand that loves us, lifts us, pulls us, grabs us, leads us, comforts us, into the ways of righteousness and gives us power to tread on the lion and the cobra too.

He is God.

Isaiah 49:16 See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; you walls are ever before me.
His words are promises that He has given to us and we ladies, are forever before God in His hand.
He sees us all the time and if He said it; He’s already done it. He’s worked it out, just trust Him, believe Him, He’s loves us, He’s God.

Give Him your hand. He’s waiting to hold it.
Happy reading, be blessed, and please share.

No Ifs, Ands, or Buts

And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. Deuteronomy 28:13 (NKJV)

This is a scripture that we have heard numerous times and we know by heart.

The Lord will make me the head and not the tail, I shall be above only and not beneath; but I never go past that beneath part. Well a few weeks ago I did.

If we heed the commandments of our God.
He commands us today, and are careful to observe them.
It’s the little word in between that can make us or break us. That word IF.
It’s a conjunction word.
A conjunction word is the glue that holds words, phrases and thoughts together.
If- it’s small but mighty powerful and it’s truly based upon your obedience in following the commandments of our Lord and observing them too.

You can’t be high and lifted up, mighty in battle and above all your enemies if you’re not doing what needs to be done behind following the instructions and commandments of God.
You can’t have one without the other.

Obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22) what are you going to sacrifice by not heeding the commandments of God? You will sacrifice being the head, being above, and perhaps even life.

There are many commandments listed in the Bible.

We can surely start off with the first Ten Commandments that God gave Moses in Exodus 20:3-17

Proverbs 7:2 Keep my commands and live and my law as the apple of your eye

Psalm 119: 10 With my whole heart I have sought you; Oh, let me not wander from your commandments

But the greatest commandment of all is in Mark 12:28-31:
Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

There’s no ifs, ands, or buts, its right there.

Let us love God and one another, the greatest commandments there is; and He will surely keep His promises and make us the head and above.

Happy reading, be blessed, and please share.

Jehovah Jireh My Oil Provider

In early April we were asked to fast.
I hadn't fasted since the beginning of 2016 and it was a challenge to say the least; no it was hard but by the grace of God I made it through the day; yes you read it the one 12 hour day fast.
In addition to what the corporate fast was called for I always ask God to allow me to see Him get the glory during the fast.

This same day shortly before the fast was over I ran out of gas at the parking garage. God got the glory!

Never in my whole driving life has this happened to me but God, being the Jehovah Jireh Oil Provider that He is showed Himself to me and made a way every step of the way.

First, Dan- the man, (no pun intended) a worker at the garage saw me in distress when my truck was stuck in the pay lane, was instructing me on what to do as far as put the car in neutral turn it this way, that way but it was not happening, so he said I'm going to need some help with pushing you out the way, as soon as he said it, up walks two men that work in the building, so they try pushing the truck too, it wouldn't budge, oh my God Lord! Help!!

He said it again, we need one more person to try and push and then it will make it off to the side and I promise you as soon as the words left his mouth here strolls one more angel around the corner to help move me. Thank you God!

Then, I come to the side of the lane and put my hazard lights on, I took out my gas can that I've had for 5 years, why you ask? Because you can never be to prepared for emergencies, the gas station is right up the street, literally a five minute walk, and once I get there, of course I don't know how to open the doggone thing so Jehovah Jireh my Oil Provider has placed a nice man and his little boy to help me put gas in the can. Thank you God!

I go back to the garage, put the gas in, start the truck, and get on my way! God I thank you for connecting dots and orchestrating the people in place to help me.

A few days later I’m reading a daily devotional from Daughters of the King titled Check Your Oil. Ha! I know right....
It starts out by saying

You know that little light in your car that tells you it's time to check your oil?
That light is important. Jesus spoke in parables. 10 bridesmaids...uhhh ohhh
5 were wise, 5 were foolish oh my....Jesus the 5 foolish ones didn't have any oil, they fell asleep. (I kept saying, "I'll get some gas, I’ll get some later).

I’m totally recalling in my mind about how my whole running out of gas (oil) scenario thing played out in my head as I’m reading the devotional.

My later had become too late, I had said it one too many times and it had ran out.
I was foolish enough to believe I could keep making it on empty. I was a foolish bridesmaids.
But God, my Jehovah Jireh, had a plan in place.
But God, didn't do me like He did the other 5 foolish bridesmaids; He opened the door for me when I said Lord, Lord, help me with my foolish, crazy self.
I know, I know I should have gotten gas the other night or the other day when the warning was there but I didn’t God; I went upstairs and went to sleep.

But God, He provided, positioned, and put all in place for me, He didn't say, "I don't know you" and I thank Him for that, I'm so grateful because He does knows me, my voice, my name, my cries, and every hair on my head. He made a way for me AND trust me I will not let it get like that again,

I will not be without gas or oil again.

Happy reading, be blessed, and please share.
